We vacuum pack our meat cold and ship 2 day air without refrigeration. All meat is fully cooked and ready to eat. It is very important to care for your smoked meat properly. Our smoking and packaging of the meat acts as a preservative allowing it to withstand time without refrigeration. Since we use very few additives or preservatives we recommend that you refrigerate your meat as soon as possible after receiving it.

Please allow 5-7 days for delivery of non-perishable items. Packages of perishable items are shipped 2-Day Air via UPS. Prices do not include shipping unless otherwise specified. The shipping rate for non-perishable items as well as any item shipped in Texas will be $20.00.
