In order
to reduce shipping costs we vacuum pack our meat cold and ship 2 day air
without refrigeration. All meat is fully cooked and ready to eat. It is very important to care for your
smoked meat properly. Our smoking and packaging of the meat acts as a
preservative allowing it to withstand time without refrigeration. Since we
use very few additives or preservatives we recommend that you refrigerate
your meat as soon as possible after receiving it.
